Group Training

Players who choose group training will be enabled to collectively learn, compete and improve their skills in a small group setting. Sometimes one-on-one training can be a bit intimidating. Group training allows players to work among friends while improving the core skills needed for soccer.

TECHNICAL TRAINING

Technical training is for those who are looking to improve their technical abilities with the ball. Many team practices are focused on the tactical aspect of soccer, and coaches often rely on their players to improve their technical abilities on their own. Our group technical training works with players to become masters of the ball, and teaches them skills that are essential for success.

STRENGTH, SPEED, AND CONDITIONING TRAINING

Soccer is a unique, physically demanding sport. The game challenges all muscles of the body, so it is important for players to develop an understanding as to how to protect their bodies from injury. During the Strength, Speed, and Conditioning training, players will learn proper technique, build strength in key muscle groups, and be introduced to advanced methods of conditioning in order to produce optimal results.
